Mr. Jyotin Gambhir has worked in the information technology industry for over twenty years, focusing on Security and Privacy Compliance. He founded SecureFLO in 2011.
Before SecureFLO, Jyotin worked with Deloitte & Touche LLP, Tivoli/IBM, and BMC Software. At Deloitte, he spent six years managing large projects at Fortune 500 companies. His teams deployed complex solutions for financial services, state and federal government, telecom, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industry clients. Mr. Gambhir helped those firms meet compliance requirements, implement and integrate technology, and develop specifications for RFP’s.
After developing a breadth of experience in professional services, sales engineering, and building teams at product companies, Jyotin wanted to offer cybersecurity and privacy compliance services to small and midsize companies. He has additional experience in financial services and real estate.
As a product marketer, Matthew built marketing programs, launched new software products, and developed content used to train field sales, partners, and customers. He also negotiated agreements and built corporate partnerships around joint software and hardware solutions.
In his current role, Mr. Shannon helps small and midsize companies attract their ideal customers with effective marketing. His work includes creating unique messaging to differentiate clients’ products and services in their markets. He enjoys balancing a big picture view and diving deep into the details of sophisticated technology to find ways to explain features and benefits clearly.

Rukkanna Gari Karunakar Goud is working as a Marketing Analyst based in India who made a career switch from software engineer to marketing. He has years of domain expertise in marketing and IT. He has proven knowledge of digital marketing, market analysis, and performance marketing using analytics.
Karunakar primarily works on executing all SEO, Social Media, SEM, and Email Campaigns and administering our social media & website analytics. He performs measurement analytics of all digital platforms and makes recommendations for improvement in performance outreach.
Furthermore, he also supports other corporate B2B marketing and communications activities as required.

Also, she conducts periodic account intelligence to see where new solutions can be build-in/ proposed and identify key improvement initiatives in existing solutions. She is always ready to lead and drive meetings with the key stakeholders to identify revenue opportunities.

Adam Schluer joined the SecureFLO team after a career in the military, intelligence community, and education. For more than 20 years, he served in the United States Air Force in various roles focused on counter-terrorism and force protection at locations around the globe. During this time Adam saw firsthand how investing in critical infrastructure and information security contributed to mission success by ensuring safe and secure facilities and information systems.
After retiring from the military in 2009 Adam worked in the intelligence community where he leveraged his education and experience in various roles, again focused on counter-terrorism and intelligence. While in the intel community he observed the rapid growth of cyber threats and their ability to wreak havoc on operations and organizations.
In 2013 Adam made a 180 degree career change and taught history and criminal justice courses at both the high school and collegiate levels. Over his thirty-year professional journey he attained several graduate degrees in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security and History. When he is not working, Adam likes to spend his time outdoors with family, traveling, reading, and staying current on world events.

Bharath has worked with multiple start up’s managing various audits and compliance program. He has extensively worked with companies in the FinTech, MedTech, HR, Education, Medical domains. He has managed more than 100+ SOC, HIPAA, ISO 27001 audits across multiple clients.
Bharath has hands on experience managing vulnerability management, Policy Management, Risk Management, Vendor Management etc. Bharath is certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementor, PRINCE 2 Certified.
Monica Jivnani started her first job in the Year 2006 with the position of a career counselor, which she loved and gave her all sweat and blood and continued to win the Best Counselor awards till 2011.
After her migration to a new city that remains smaller in size with minimal opportunities in the education sector, she decided to try a new industry vertical and finally landed in the IT industry. Her counseling experience helped her become one of the best team members for client acquisition, as she could clearly understand the client’s perspective.
From there, her tech journey went on, where she donned multiple hats, from Project Manager to Product Owner to Entrepreneur to Marketing Head. Currently, she is helping the Secureflo Team with various marketing strategy implementations as well as Staff Augmentation Solutions and taking each day at a time and continuing to contribute towards organizational growth.
